The postpartum season—often called the fourth trimester—is a time of deep transition, vulnerability, and becoming. Renewed Wholeness offers individualized, trauma-informed postpartum support for parents navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that unfold after birth.
This support is designed to extend beyond the standard 6-week postpartum check-in, providing space for reflection, nervous system regulation, emotional support, and rebuilding self-trust during the early months of parenthood. Sessions are offered one-on-one, either virtually or in person, and are tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.
Postpartum Support
The Fourth Trimester: A Sacred Season
(Weekly Community Gathering)
Wednesdays | 9:00–11:00 AM
Christ Community Church – South Gathering Suite
In addition to one-on-one postpartum support, I facilitate a weekly community gathering for postpartum mothers called The Fourth Trimester: A Sacred Season.
This Spirit-empowered, heart-centered group offers a gentle space for mothers to rest, reconnect, and be supported during the early postpartum season. Rooted in God’s love, the gathering invites women to be seen, heard, and held as they navigate exhaustion, identity shifts, and the sacred work of becoming.
Together, mothers make room for reflection, connection, and renewal—welcoming healing, belonging, and encouragement in both the chaos and the calm.
🍼 Nursing babies and babies under one year old are welcome.
📅 Begins Wednesday, January 21st | 9:00–11:00 AM

Why I Care: I Get It
I know firsthand how overwhelming the postpartum period can be, especially after a traumatic birth.
When I became a mother, the reality of caring for my newborn didn’t match the way I imagined the first moments, weeks, or months would feel. The joy of meeting my baby was intertwined with unexpected emotional strain, uncertainty, and anxiety, and I know fathers can experience this too.
After leaving the NICU, I felt a sudden emptiness. The constant support from nurses and doctors was gone, and I was left navigating intense emotions, sleepless nights, and self-doubt on my own. I remember overthinking every decision, questioning my ability to be the parent my child needed, blaming myself for what my child endured, and longing for connection and guidance.
It was this experience that called me to start these support groups. I wanted a space where parents who have had traumatic births, or are simply feeling uncertain in these early months, can come together without judgment, share their experiences, and find reassurance.
In our groups, you will be met with understanding, compassion, and real support. This is a place to normalize your feelings, reduce isolation, and gain tools to navigate the emotional waves of early parenthood. You are not alone, and you do not have to navigate these challenges on your own.
Understanding Postpartum Experiences
For Mothers:
About 1 in 7 women experience feelings of sadness, overwhelm, or anxiety during the postpartum period.
These feelings are normal and common, even if they sometimes feel isolating.
Many parents may not realize these experiences are shared by so many others, highlighting the importance of connection and support.
For Fathers:
Roughly 1 in 10 men notice mood changes, irritability, or stress during the postpartum period.
Like mothers, these experiences are common and understandable, reflecting the transformative life changes that accompany parenthood.
Recognizing and talking about these experiences can help parents feel supported and less alone.
